Making every foot worth shipping takes control through the entire downstream process. PipeMaster™ equipment is engineered specifically for plastic pipe processing — helping establish and maintain dimensions, remove heat efficiently, pull without slipping or marking, and deliver clean, chip-free cuts before the finished pipe leaves the line.
From tooling and sizing through cooling, pulling, cutting and finished-pipe handling, PipeMaster brings the critical stages of pipe production together with equipment designed specifically for the job. The complete line supports extruded pipe diameters from 0.4 to 24.9 inches, with solutions for up to 5-layer construction.
Quality pipe isn't made at just one point in the process. Every downstream step has to protect what came before it. PipeMaster equipment is designed to work together to help maintain the dimensions, surface quality and finished-product integrity you're working to produce.
Hold the tolerance from the start.
Stable sizing calls for stable vacuum. PipeMaster vacuum tanks combine regulated vacuum, efficient spray cooling and water/air separation to help maintain precise pipe dimensions, tolerances and surface finish with minimal operator interaction.
Available in single- and double-chamber configurations, the tanks feature stainless-steel wetted surfaces and are designed specifically around the requirements of pipe processors.
Key Benefits: Proper melt distribution • Initial sizing and heat removal • Single- and multi-layer capabilities • Tooling engineered specifically for pipe
Cool efficiently. Keep quality moving.
Once the dimensions are established, it's time to get the heat out. PipeMaster MSBH tanks use high-intensity turbulent spray cooling to rapidly remove heat from the pipe before it reaches the haul-off.
Compared with immersion cooling, spray cooling can accomplish the job in less line space, helping reduce the overall downstream footprint while providing controlled, consistent cooling.
Key Benefits: Rapid heat removal • Consistent spray patterns • Efficient cooling • Reduced cooling footprint
Pull steadily. Protect the finish.
PipeMaster haul-offs are built specifically for pipe, with 2-, 3-, 4-, 6- and 8-belt configurations that provide the contact and pulling force needed to keep production moving steadily. Pulling speed automatically synchronizes with the extruder screw speed control.
Soft, non-marking cleated pads and increased belt contact help prevent the problems no pipe processor wants to see: slipping, chatter and marks on the finished product.
Key Benefits: Steady pulling force • More product contact • Automatic speed synchronization • No slipping, chatter or marking
Clean cuts. No extra cleanup.
Servo-driven PipeMaster planetary cutters synchronize automatically with line speed to produce precise, clean, chip-free cuts while production keeps moving. Rotary planetary cutting minimizes particulate and eliminates the need for secondary cutting or cleaning operations.
Models accommodate pipe from 0.63 to nearly 25 inches in diameter, with line speeds up to 82 feet per minute, depending on the model.
Key Benefits: Clean, chip-free cuts • Automatic line-speed synchronization • Minimal particulate • No secondary cutting or cleanup
The good part deserves a good finish.
At the end of the line, the PipeMaster tilt table receives and automatically offloads finished pipe in synchronization with the rest of the downstream process.
A V-bed guides the pipe into position, while stainless-steel material-contact surfaces help protect against marking. The table then automatically deposits finished lengths for removal, packaging, shipping or storage.
Key Benefits: Automatic synchronized handling • Smooth pipe transfer • Reduced potential for hang-ups • Protection of finished-product integrity
PipeMaster isn't a collection of general-purpose downstream equipment adapted to pipe applications. The line was developed specifically around the demands of pipe processing—from the tooling that establishes the product to the equipment that handles the finished length.
Pipe diameter capability across the PipeMaster line.
Single- and multi-layer pipe solutions.
Haul-off configurations for demanding pulling applications.
Planetary cutting capability, depending on model.
